Terms of Use – LetYouPick Effective Date: 01.03.2025 Welcome to LetYouPick! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LetYouPick platform and services. By accessing or using LetYouPick, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. 1. About LetYouPick LetYouPick is a platform that allows users to create or contribute to a Voucher, either individually or as part of a group event. The platform facilitates the collection of contributions and redemption through third-party gift card providers. 2. Account Registration You can contribute to Let You Pick Voucher without creating an account. However, creating an event or picking a gift card requires user registration. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country to use features involving payments or redemptions. 3. Platform Availability LetYouPick is available worldwide, but product availability (gift card options) may vary by country. We do not guarantee that all services or gift cards will be accessible in every region. 4. Voucher Contributions and Refund Policy Users may contribute to a single voucher or participate in an event where multiple contributions are collected toward one voucher. Contributions can be made without logging in; however, creating or picking a gift card or event requires user registration. Once a contribution is made, the funds are converted into a voucher intended for redemption via a third-party provider. In accordance with EU and German regulations, users typically have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital purchases. However, this right does not apply once the service has begun—specifically, once the voucher is generated and the order is processed. LetYouPick does not offer refunds for contributions or vouchers after this point. This is because LetYouPick is not a financial institution, and allowing withdrawals after the voucher is created would require compliance with regulations governing financial services. To avoid being classified as such, and to comply with legal frameworks, all contributions are final once processed. If you experience issues with a gift card provided via our partner (Reloadly), LetYouPick will assist with support, but responsibility for gift card performance lies with the third-party provider or brand. 5. Voucher Expiration LetYouPick Vouchers have an expiration period of one year from the date of issuance. After this period, the voucher is no longer valid and cannot be redeemed. 6. User Conduct You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its functionality. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, and attempts to manipulate vouchers or contribution processes. 7. Intellectual Property All content on LetYouPick, including logos, branding, and platform design, is owned or licensed by LetYouPick and may not be copied or used without permission. 8. Third-Party Services Gift card fulfillment is handled by third-party providers such as Reloadly. LetYouPick does not control the services or terms of these providers. By Picking a Gift Card, you agree to the terms of the provider responsible for delivering the gift card. 9. Limitation of Liability LetYouPick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee that third-party gift cards will function without issues, but we will offer reasonable support where possible. 10. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify users through the platform or via email.
